By creating an account and using GuestGuy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These terms govern your use of the GuestGuy platform and services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GuestGuy provides an AI-powered concierge service for short-term rental hosts. The platform allows hosts to create a personalized chatbot interface for their guests, powered by Anthropic's Claude AI model. Hosts can manage properties, view guest activity analytics (including question topics, session data, and escalations), identify gaps in their property guides, and receive direct messages from guests through the dashboard. Guest conversations are logged per property to power these insights; guests are informed of this via a notice on the chat page.

GuestGuy uses AI to generate responses to guest questions. AI responses are based solely on the property information you provide. We are not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated AI-generated responses. You are responsible for keeping your property information accurate and up to date. The AI concierge is not a substitute for direct host communication in urgent or safety-related situations.
GuestGuy offers a free Starter plan and a paid Pro plan. Plan details and pricing are presented at the time of upgrade. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@guestguy.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page in your dashboard. Deletion removes all your data, properties, and guest messages permanently.
GuestGuy is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated responses by guests, service interruptions, or data loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where possible.
